I want to take a minute to let you know that your Field Manager, Jason Russell , is an excellent representative for your company. Early in February Jason came to my home to measure the kitchen for new appliances. At that time I had two possibilities for every appliance. Jason carefully measured the spaces and referenced the specs. He answered my questions and the information he provided allowed me to make a decision about which products to purchase. He was professional and informed. He was willing to listen to my concerns and answer questions. After Jason left I ordered the appliances and scheduled the installation. When Jason returned for the installation he immediately began to work on prepping the kitchen for the install. He installed a new gas connection so that the stove would recess further and trimmed a cabinet so that the new refrigerator would fit into the space. When the delivery team arrived, Jason worked with them to install all four of the new units. He was careful not to scratch my floors or bump against my walls. He protected door openings and made sure that all of the connections done right. After all of this Jason cleaned up all of the mess that resulted from trimming the cabinet. Jason proceeded to educate me on the basics of the new appliances and told me to be sure to call if I have any problems with the new items. Shortly after he had finished the kitchen, Jason learned that the delivery team had delivered the wrong dishwasher to my home. He chased after the delivery truck and got the correct appliance. He then returned to my home and switched out the dishwasher he had installed earlier for the correct unit. Although he must have been frustrated, he did not act this way when he returned to my home. I am very impressed with the customer service I received from Jason Russell and your company. I will recommend Sewell Appliance and your BSI Premium installation service to everyone I know. -Ellen G

I want to mention that when we began our remodeling project we spent considerable time with Ed Greenway. Ed is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products that he sells. Jill: A note to advise you that the replacement microwave arrived late yesterday afternoon. The truck driver and his assistant volunteered to assist in installing the microwave into its built-in space which I very much appreciated. They are to be commended. I tested the microwave and it worked to specifications. Clearly, the original one was defective. We are now completely satisfied. A final note. Mary and I enjoyed working with you for the whole process (purchase of new stove, refrigerator dishwasher and microwave). We had a list of three appliance dealers to check out: Ferguson's, Clayton Appliances and Builder's Specialties. Our initial inclination both from a convenience and servicing standpoint was to select between the first two. We were not satisfied with the responses to our questions from staff at the first two, and made the decision to go to Builder's Specialties. Are we glad we did. You are by far the most knowledgeable, perceptive and helpful individual we worked with during the process. Your personal and prompt service particularly after the failure of the first microwave was excellent. It is your professionalism that will now have us turn to Builder's Specialties first in the future when we need appliances of when friends and neighbors ask where to go to find appliances. Hello, I just wanted to take a second to send a note of thanks along to your company. We had an installation appointment earlier with two of youremployees, and while here they noticed a lot of water in our front yard. We called a plumber out and, sure enough, there was a water leak. Was having problems with my garage door and called another company to come out to fix my door being off the track. Felt I was overcharged by the other company as well as was not comfortable with the quality of work so called BSI to come out to inspect. Jerry came out and was very honest and inspected both doors and made the necessary adjustments which was rework from the other company that supposedly fixed the door. Basically I was overcharged by the other company and the work they did was not correct, Jerry corrected the issues and I am extremely delighted with his service. Would absolutely only call BSI for all future garage door issues!!! Thank you Jerry! It is a pleasure to find an honest company who's work is quality!-Steve
Today Kris and Bradley came to my home to install a range hood and I want to take this opportunity to tell you how please I was with their work. They took the time to explain the process to me and answered any questions my wife or I had. Both of them were extremely thorough and detail oriented with the installation. Hello Miss Jill, I got a kick out of the men who delivered our oven and dishwasher panel today (Derrick and Don). Around 9:30 AM on the way down they called saying that they would be at our house at 11:01 AM. At exactly 11:01 AM the truck arrived. Oh, the wonders of GPS. We can be so precise. We are very pleased with the oven and panel. Thank you for helping us with these items. Frances and I want to bring to your attention (and anyone else appropriate) how professional and great the two men were who delivered today’s shipment as well as the refrigerator a few days ago. They made sure that everything was “just right” and that we were pleased with their work. They both are wonderful representatives of your company. Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with new Clopay garage doors you installed. Every aspect of the installation process was above and beyond what I was expecting. Your installer was a great guy to deal with and friendly. He did an outstanding job installing the doors. He informed me one panel was damaged needing to be replaced. It needed to be ordered and I would be called when it came in. I called and talked to Jeff after they came in. Jeff said he could have a installer out the next day. Again the same installer was out to my house and replaced the panel. I owned a retail / Service and installation company for 25 years. I can be very picky over the smallest things and I'm not afraid to point things out. I couldn't find anything wrong after a thorough inspection. Everything was tight, square, and spot-on. I am writing to express my appreciation for the work your company and key personnel did to assist with my Viking Appliance order. This project was quite complex due to the specialty appliance items, compressed scheduled and difficult delivery conditions. I was in daily contact with Linda Hosea, and her patience and professionalism is unmatched in my experience. Building a new house while raising two small boys is very stressful. Luckily we used Builder Specialties for all of our kitchen appliances, fireplaces, garage doors and chimney caps. They were extremely professional, prompt and very friendly and incredibly patient through all of my appliance revisions. It was such a relief to have experts to rely on for so many important and expensive decisions. We had considered ordering our 48" refrigerator online to save money...thank goodness we didn't! When it arrived and the doors were slightly uneven, Builder Specialty ordered a service visit from GE on our behalf. When the GE service tech couldn't fix the problem, Builder Specialties sent their own service techs out who immediately took care of the issue and then gave me useful pointers for all of my other installed appliances. I can't say enough about Builder Specialties incredible customer service. Thank you so much! -Mandy
